Occupation: Dairy Farmer

Curling Offices held: Currently President of my home club Penninghame for the 2nd time. I have been Galloway Province President and am also at present a committee member of
Stranraer Ice Rink Curling Club.
Curling Achievements: I have been a club Skip for many years and so have my name on all the club trophies many times but sadly my achievements at a higher level are none. I tend to
think of myself as a Very enthusiastic club curler.
Why I wanted to be part of the curling tour: I have been lucky to play against all the incoming tours over the years, twice against the Swiss and twice against the Americans. The Canadians I have played three times, twice as skip, The last time was when I was Province President so I was involved with organisation as well as being host for a free day they spent in Stranraer. Having all the South Tourist to myself for a day I got to hear all that was involved with a tour and was encouraged by there Tour Captain Bill Jenkins to apply for this tour, so here I am.
Hobbies/Interests: being a dairy Farmer my main interest is cows and curling as often as possible
